Shipping Policy

At Breaking Point Woodworx, we take pride in crafting and delivering high-quality woodworking products to our customers. We aim to make the shipping process as seamless as possible.

  • Processing Time: Each of our items are handcrafted with care. Please allow the amount of business days identified under each product, if applicable, for production and quality checks before shipping.

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping rates, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of the item.

  • Delivery Time: Once shipped, you can expect delivery within 7-10 business days via USPS ground, depending on your location. Tracking information will be provided as soon as your item is shipped through the email address you provided during checkout.

  • United States Shipping: We offer shipping to all locations across the United States.

  • International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that additional customs fees or taxes may apply, which are the buyer’s responsibility. Please contact us directly at breakingpointwoodworx@gmail.com to inquire further.

  • APO/FPO/DPO Shipping: We proudly support shipping to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses to ensure that military personnel and overseas U.S. government employees can receive our products wherever they are stationed.

    • When entering your shipping address, be sure to select the appropriate APO, FPO, or DPO option and include your full military address.

    • Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and can take longer than standard domestic shipping.

    • Certain items may be subject to size, weight, or content restrictions due to military or postal regulations.

Return Policy 

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Custom or personalized orders eligible for returns if they arrive damaged or defective upon receipt, or if our team made a mistake in creating the product.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 10 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will gladly replace the item or offer a full refund.

  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at breakingpointwoodworx@gmail.com with your order number and a short synopsis. Once your return is approved, we will provide return shipping instructions. Breaking Point Woodworx will provide a shipping label to place on the shipping box. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.

  • Refunds: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you and process your refund. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7 business days.
